Massage Table Warranty

At Massage Store we designed our range of tables to last, and the majority of our customers have many long and happy years working with their trusted table!

Depending on the grade of the table, our warranty periods may differ. Please read below to see our warranty per table:

PortaLite Classic, CombiLite 3-in-1, Advantage 10.5kg and Advantage II 11.5kg: These tables have a 1 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a two year warranty against the legs and cable system.

BodyPro Active, Liftback, Traveler & Deluxe: These tables have a 1 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a two year warranty against the leg and cable system.

Porta-lite Delta I, Delta II & Chiropractic Table : These tables have a 2 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a 10 year warranty against the legs and cable system

Earthworks Comfort Flat, Comfort Lift-back, Perform & Touch Plus: These tables have a 2 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a 10 year warranty against the legs and cable system

Daydream Multi-Function: This Couch has a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship and a 5 year warranty on the frame

Plinth Pro3: This Couch has a 5 year warranty against materials and craftsmanship and a lifetime warranty on the frame

Should any issues arise with your couch during these time frames, please get in touch and we will endeavor to repair or replace your couch.

Important! Please note - accidental damaged caused by clients or table mishandling (such as rips or tears caused by external objects or the table base cracking/breaking due to a client getting on or off the table without caution) are not covered under our warranty.
