Please read our 2024 update
Massage Store offers next business day delivery for all orders placed before 12:00pm using DHL, DPD and Royal Mail couriers. While 99.9% of these deliveries arrive the next day without a hitch, there have been rare occurrences of orders taking an extra day or so sorting through our couriers distribution networks.
Should your order be delayed, we ask you to hold tight! Your order will definitely arrive but may have been held up in their sorting centre.
As mentioned above, this is unlikely to happen as the vast majority of orders arrive on schedule. However, if you have ordered a table and made important client bookings for the very next day, we don't want you to be disappointed should a delay arise!
Massage Store delivers our tables using DHL or DPD and Royal Mail for smaller items.
Mainland UK: Delivery is free to Mainland UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) for all massage tables and all orders over £100. All orders placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri will leave that same day. After 12.00pm all orders will be dispatched the next working day.
For orders under £100, delivery fee is £3.97.
Northern Ireland: Delivery to Northern Ireland is £13.50 per package. Please note 1 massage table is considered 1 package so any additional items will incur a second delivery fee. All Northern Ireland orders placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri will leave that same day. After 12:00pm all orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Scottish Highlands: Delivery to Scottish Highlands is £13.50 per package. Please note 1 massage table is considered 1 package so any additional items will incur a second delivery fee. All Scottish Highland orders placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri will leave that same day. After 12.00pm all orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Due to our courier partners own fees (which is out of our hands!), there is an additional delivery cost incurred for the following postcodes: AB (10-56), HS (1-9), IV (1-63), KA 27-28, KW (1-14), PA(20-78), PH(19-50), FK (17-22), KW (15-17), ZE (1-3).
Should you have a friend or family member in a postcode close by to the above, we recommend you have your order delivered to them to save you the extra delivery fee!
Islands of Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man: Shipping to Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man is £19.95 per package. Please note 1 massage table is considered 1 package so any additional items will incur a second delivery fee. All orders placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri will leave that same day. After 12.00pm all orders will be dispatched the next working day.
European Delivery:
Please note Massage Store covers ALL customs duty on our European customers behalf so there is no nasty hidden expense to pay when your order arrives in your country!
At checkout the VAT amount of your order will automatically calculate to match the country of your delivery destination so there will be no additional expense to pay.

For all European customers, small accessories up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked at £20 per parcel.
